Sandwiches are filled with home cooked meats and fresh salads on Arbutus bread
(1 full sandwich, half a wrap and a Sweet Treat per person)

Menus will change day to day with salad boxes due to seasons and whats the best local produce available at the time. However pre orders can be arranged with notice.

  • Mostly will be consisting of Chicken breast, Fresh tuna , Ham hock or Spiced beef
  • Salad, mixed leaves and dressing

COLD FINGER FOOD
Choose 3 items:

  • Donna’s Chicken Liver Pate on crostini with apricot chutney
  • Freshly baked bite sized Cheese scones, Free Range egg and cress Mayo v
  • Coated Ardsallagh goats cheese balls rolled in Dukkah seeds and fresh herbs v
  • Chicken Caser Skewers
  • Sweetcorn Fritter with Smoke Salmon dill creme Fraiche

At Roots Kitchen we have a passion for great food. We aim to source all our ingredients locally because we believe fresh, homegrown food tastes better. We will supply down2earth platters that are functional, good to look at and fully compostable.
